No Refunds for Completed Services

Once work has been delivered, refunds will not be issued.

This includes:

✅ Performance optimization & adjustments

Refunds for Canceled Orders (Before Work Begins)

If a cancellation request is made before we begin working on your campaign, a full refund will be processed.
If work has partially started, a partial refund (based on the completed work) may be offered at our discretion.

No Refunds for Client-Initiated Changes

If a campaign is paused, edited, or canceled after work has begun, no refunds will be provided.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered in rare cases (e.g., technical errors on our end). Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
